She is the author of Herbed-Wine Cuisine: Creating and Cooking with Herb-Infused Wines and, most recently, Con Amore, a culinary novel with Italian regional foods, the history of Italy, and recipes.

Janice has taught numerous floral design workshops, conducted many cooking demonstrations, including an appearance on the Food Network’s In Food Today, and has lectured on various topics of Italian and Italian American culture and history. She received her M.B.A from Adelphi University.
